4. Delivery Charges

The ClientSHOP service works out the delivery price using the following simple principle:

1. Each country that you ship to has a standard delivery charge.
2. Each product has a delivery charge factor that is multiplied by the country's standard delivery charge.

For example:

You have a standard delivery charge to France of £10.

If your customer purchases a product that you define as "standard delivery charge" it will have a delivery charge factor of 1. Thus, the delivery charge will be £10.

If you customer purchases a product that you know costs more to deliver then you can set a delivery charge factor of, for example, 1.5. In this case the customer will be charged £15.

Of course the ClientSHOP service can automatically convert these prices into Euros for your customer, who I am sure would appreciate it in his own currency.
